School boy error on my part this morning..
was flying my T500 around and totally lost track of the time and whilst coming in to land for the final time (thankfully) it seemed to lose power. Pack was warm but not massively so..
So back home, put it on the charger as set to do a balance charge but the charger thinks it's only a 4S pack as the voltage has dropped to about 15.5v.
It's still over 14.8v so it should be picking it up as a 5S but it wont. I've checked each cell with a meter as I thought maybe one of the balance leads had come off but they are all there as they should be, I've just taken too much out of it..
So if I leave the balance lead out and just put it on charge for 20 mins or so will it recover the voltage enough to then use a balance charge to finish it off ?
Any opinions or suggestions welcome and before you ask, no, I don't have a cellpro 10 charger
hope this hasn't cost me a lipo
