cellpro 4s charger

Hi,

I have a Cellpro charger that was given to me that doesn't charge. It turns on but it won't charge. Since I don't have a copy of the receipt, FMA Direct won't cover it, so they've left me SOL. Does anyone know how to diagnose and repair a Cellpro 4s charger? Thanks guys,

Are you sure it won't charge.
It normally takes a few minutes between plugging a battery on and it starting charging.

How can it be fixed? What is it that usually goes on these chargers

Don't panic just yet.

They take about 5 mins just to check the batts.
So they do nothing for about that time. Then they kick in.

Plug in a batt. It should give you a charge status then nothing for a few mins. Then charge at whatever rate it decides.
