Haiyans are good packs, but are getting expensive now, my money would go on align packs, if i needed anymore, as proved over time performance and cycles.
I was quitey disappointed in the Haiyin's i tried. They are 'hyped up' to exceed their label C rating, and priced to suit the hype. But in reality i found they were no more than equal to any budget price battery of similar rating, just more expensive.
Turnigy's are Haiyin. HobbyKing own a significant percentage of the factory. A friend of mine sells Haiyin but he can no longer get them. HobbyKing have stopped the factory from supplying to anyone else. They even tried to make them cancel/refund his latest order but they did send it in the end. He had to go and collect his Haiyin labeled batteries from HobbyKing UK warehouse.

That would be in line with my experience of them.
The Haiyin's performed no better than a similar rating Turnigy but cost twice as much. So while they aren't a 'bad battery' they are very over priced compared to Hobbyking batteries. I ended up getting 60C rated Turnigy Nanos for less than the cost of a 20C Haiyin. Performance wise there was no comparison, the 60C Turnigy simply wiped the floor with the Haiyin and over three years later are still performing a lot better than the Haiyin ever did.
To answer the original post.. Are there no batteries of any type at Hobbyking that fit your needs? You could go to a higher C rating and still be cheaper than anything you could get elsewhere. They have 60C 6S 5000mAh Zippy Compact at £65 each which is a lot cheaper then the 20C Haiyin.
I don't know of any that offer the value for money of Turnigy blue or Zippys. I haven't had very good performance from nano tech. I have a couple of Turnigy Bolt which seem all right but they have only had a few flights and they are 6s 1300 for my 450.
Other batteries all seem eye wateringly expensive.

I have the same problem just bought a 550 from a member off here ,had a look on hk no lipos ,the same happened a wile back with the 3s lipos
took months to come back in stock.
Probably weather related. We had good weather, people bought batteries because they could fly, now there is no stock.
Its the same as the annual summer nitro shortage!

Dont spend more flying models than it costs to fly for real
I had a set of those last year. I used them in my 7HV, and then in my Trex 700L when I changed helis. One of the early flights with my Trex, the helicopter died on spoolup (thank goodness). Checking with the lipo checker there appeared to be a dead cell, and reading the whole pack voltage with a meter, it gave open circuit and no reading.
I discharged all the cells I could back to storage by connecting the charger to two balance pins at a time. A few months later, I decided I'd remove the dead cell, and make it into a 5S 5000 I'd use to field charge my 4S FPV batteries.
So upon disassembling the pack, I noticed that a cell was still fully charged! Turns out the cell hadn't died, it was a poor weld between some of the cells that had failed and gone open circuit. There wasn't anywhere near as much contact area as the other cells.
So, I wouldn't buy them again. I also bought mine for about £35 as there was 40% off in the sale, which is why I got them in the first place. Not a chance in heli I'd pay £65.
Current fleet: Goblin Thunder Sport (700), Trex 700L, Logo 600, Specter 700, Henseleit TDR, V-Baaa control.
Next heli: I have pretty much everything I want. Maybe I'll upgrade some electronics or something.
The 60C 6S 5000mAh I linked to are in stock right now. I've used those same batteries in my Goblin 770 and Agile 7.2 and had no issues, though i dare say you get a poorly assembled pack occasionaly whatever brand you go with as bigpops discovered.
£65 is more than I'd want to pay for a battery too but compared to £85 for the 20C Haiyins it's not too bad. Unless someone can come up with a well priced alternative?
I am not convinced with Haiyin battery's,I bought some Turnigy blues and Haiyin Lipos at the same time. The Turnigy's are still going strong but the Haiyin's are puffed and had it.The Haiyin's don't seem to have a high enough C rating,do tic tocs with them and it kills them.
