DIY balance lead adapter/extensions.

I'm looking at purchasing/making balance extensions, has anyone done this or know where to buy JST-XH plugs and sockets.

I have a 308 Duo and all my packs are 6s, so would like to come straight from the 8s balance ports on the Duo straight to 6s socket, that way i can have longer cables and not have to wrestle the adapter board all the time.

Maybe buy the Quantum extension sets and change the plug from 6s to 8s to fit the duo, but cant find the parts.

Thanks to you both, but i still cant see what i need.

It seems i can possibly use an 8S JST-XH plug and re-insert the pins of-off a 6s extension .

But i cant find a 8s JST-XH 'Plug'.

Cannot believe nobody has tried to do something similar?

I know that Electriflyer do a 10s JST XH balance lead (because I have one), so I would have thought that they would do an 8s. If you can't see it on their website it may be worth ringing. Paul is the boss and I have found him to be very helpful.

Funny i use CPC all the time and never for one second considered cpc/farnell and rs. how blinkered we can get at times!!

Looks like i will have plenty of connectors to play with, on minimum quantities. LOL
