  • Vibe 90Sg.. to flybarless...

    All,

okay who's gone flybarless with the SG90 and how does it compare to the flybar version ??

Thinking FBL SG90 upgrade and Beast-X....

    either that or the N5...

Yes its me !! First I converted my Vibe 90SG to electric and its now an E12. Then I converted to flybarless with the JR SG FBL head and Microbeast. I'm still using Radix FAI mainblades with the BeastX and the heli is just so smooooooth in big air aeros.

Based on my own experiences, I'd recommend this set up to anyone.

there is a mod to use the trex 700 grips on the vibe sg with fbl
i think the 700 spindle is used but the grips will need shimming as the spindle is just a little long
and it uses a direct swash connection unlike the jr fbl head set up
the one i saw today was balistic (the pilot helped)
