Sunny, Xnova is Xera so quality doesn't get any better. I've got one in my e700 and it's awesome. I'd have one over a Pyro any day.

As maj said go for the Helijive Pro, it's the same internals basically as a Kosmik but without the size, you just don't need a Kosmik on 12s in a 700. IMO.

Okay guys I have decided to go down the castle route. I have looked into the setup of castle and really like it for the price. I would need advise on whether to go down the 120 edge route or try the talon 120HV?

Depends if you want to run a separate Bec or the castle inbuilt Bec, either will be just as good :)

Do you really wan to go down the castle root ? I woudnt put one in a model boat ! Let alone £700 pounds worth of helicopter !

Might be ok in a boat Rob with a water hose just in case.

Can't offer any constructive advice as I haven't used either of those Castle products. They get a lot of stick for the amount of fires they have caused and bec failures taking out all your electrics. Talon is to new to take a considered view on.

I know you did but its very rare and in 6 years of flying Ive never had one fail yet ! A Talon as Maj said may be a better option and they are a good price, but proof will be in the pudding once people start using them !
But im sticking to my guns on Castle , ive seen three personally go up in smoke on mates helicopters !

Personally I would go with the new helijive pro !
