Hummingbird V3 vs DragonFly 40

Is it worth spending 50 more to get better quality as this is a helicopter I want to keep, I'm going to buy one or the other so which one?

Anyone out there got a DragonFly 40 and is it any good?

I have a Dragonfly 4 for christmas from the little bit of flying i have done is seems quite good, mind you this is my first...i hope its a start and i can learn some of the basics before i shell out for a bigger and better heli.
