Just like to say what a good site this is

I am rebuilding a old hirobo hawk for a mate
that has gone back to sea.
The parts that we need are like hens teeth.
but i just wanted to know if any one has a freya
That can measure the diameter of the boom on the flats.
i think that i can use the tail rotor box from the freya and
Just adjust the boom to suit the belt size.
also if any one has a stash of bits or a old bbl hawk that
    they want to part with.

    Many thanks in advance

    Alan

I'm pleased you like the site, I hope over time than many others will join us in our little community.

Unfortunately I don't have a Freya to check out your measurements, but hopefully someone will.
    Cheers
    Stuart

Freya boom is octagonal in cross section, and is 22.3mm across the flats (I measured it with a vernier!). It's also 805mm long (took that from the instruction manual!).

          Hope this helps.
