New Compass website

Hi guys,

it took a while but it's finally here, the new Compass website : [url=http://www.compassmodel.com]Welcome at Compass: Compass RC Helicopter[/url]

Not everything is online yet, but Compass is working hard to get everything on very soon.

It will be a multilanguage site, for now it's only in English and German, more languages will follow.

I would have liked to see the build manuals on-line and those jumping pictures are a touch irritating.. also you show the Odin with an electric cooling fan but nothing written about it for those that donlt know...

Agree the images change way too fast, would be better to fade them in and out.

Also in the distributor listing having the UK under 'Ireland & United Kingdom' isn't going to make it easy to find as nobody is going to be looking under 'I' for the UK.

Last time Compass linkes in PDF they got problems with Google. But we will try Get the manuals there, always good having easy access to latest version of the manual ;)

I agree, I know who the uk distributor is and it took me 5 mins to find it (I was so embarrassed with myself)

Guys,

Sebastian said that the website will be changing the coming weeks, with more info, manuals and bugfixes on the website, so give the guys some slack.

I for one think that the website looks much better than the old one, so Compass is constantly improving ....

This is constructive feedback Dirk, you really can't use the site as it is, the flickering image at the top is too distracting.

I'm sure it will change and improve in the days ahead, but if we don't tell you now what is not working then there was no point in giving us a link to look at in the first place :)

Personal opinion I agree, but I actually can't concentrate on reading the details on any of the pages with the fast changing images at the top, the flicker draws attention back to the wrong place and you can't easily scroll it out of view either.

I have seen both the 3d plus and the 6hv within the last week or two and both are really nice, can't wait to see the 6hv flying though :) keep up the good work.

We share the passion for Compass products and want them to succeed so apologies if we get a bit 'eager' at times :)

Looking forward to seeing more of the 7HV as well.

Well its a great improvement from the last one and if Sebastian has anything to do with it it will only get better. That is if we cant get him of the sim or playing with 7hv lol. Just to let you no as well the Weston website will be changing soon as well.

The website is a hugeimprovment other the old one, perhaps they let it go live a little early but I can see they are making noises so its all good.
