does anybody know if a predator turbine wren 54 will fit into the century airwolf fuselage?
century uk are unsure themselves but think it can probably be done.

    Hey.

I'm sure it can be done, the exhaust will be the most difficult thing to sort out I feel. However I am sure WREN can fabricate you a custom exhaust easy enough.
The MW54 is a big turbine, I'm guessing you have this one? The smaller MW44 will slot in the fuselage better.

This will be a nice project, i had a lot of fun with CenturyUK's Predator turbine.
It could have been a lot harder project, image if you'd have wanted to build a super skinny Tow Cobra ;-)

      yep,gonna be my christmas project.
i plan to exit the exhaust from the side thruster exhaust on the bottom of the fuselage rather than the actual exhaust high up,this'll be a shorter and less curly pipe.it is a big engine, you're right, loads of spare power.
i think i'll go for it but i'd be a bit happier if i'd heard of somebody who has done it or seen it done,i don't want to be stuck with a body i can't use!

hey, thanks for the generous offer to size things up. where are you located? i'm in Anglesey, north wales. what specific model is the vario fuselage designed for? or is it just a generic body? i run 720mm blades,is that compatible do you think?
