I found a problem with the tail case twisting..unusual with that design and I'm wondering if the s/s capheads are slightly different size and not gripping in the recesses quite the same.. for safety Im going to have to pin the case and I'll put washers under the heads.
Tuning I find difficult.. the crank pressure and cline reg means i really didn't have a clue where to start and tyically couldn't remember where it was before. I started at 1.5 out on the high and it was soaking in waste fuel.. down to about 1 turn now and it's got good power, not lugging in my tick-tocks. I've also got a csm temp/mixture control on it (lost the spring so kept that on) which is showing no sign of richening my setting. I plan to tickle things leaner once the tail is foolproofed but it's pretty good for my limitations and climbs like a rocket
