Seen one close up, Darren Hardys, its bloooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooody gorgeous, I want one, I want one, and another, and a spare, just incase.
-I don't crash, I just land with enthusiasm.

A couple of 600n's with stuff on them that makes them fly..
A 550 fbl with even more stuff on it to make it fly
And a Mars 470 which needs stuff putting on it to make it fly

And a DX8 too

Flight report

Hi

Had a chance to fly the new beastie at the weekend :)

Very smooth, very positive on the controls with awsome power.
Going to take a while to get the engine run in (YS91SR) but you can feel the potential.

It's a beautifully designed quality model.

The specs for mine are;

YS91SR
Hatori 937 muffler
CSM720
JR 8715's on CCPM
Futaba 9254 throttle
JR8700 tail
Powerbox Gemini regulator
TP 3400 2S lipo's x 2
OS no 8 plug
Spektrum ar900 rx with 2 remote rx's
SAB 0205 685mm blades
Radix 105mm tail blades
30gm paddles
24gm flybar weights set 1/2 way

I've got it set on the stable/FAI settings as I'm using it for the AHA sportsmans competitions this year.

Only issue I had was I lost a canopy retaining screw, but managed to find it. My own fault.

Expensive but worth every penny :)

Too bad that we can't see more reviews of the bird... too bad that the assembly manual isn't available on their site either... for somebody that can't see it with his own eyes that's just like buying a cat within a bag...

No build threads anywhere... not enough info for me (despite several requests sent on their side!) :(

Plenty of info around if you look :)

On another forum there is a live build in progress and hopefully a downloadable video will be available soon :)

Not heard anything other than positive comments from other owners, but when your paying a premium price you expect a top quality product, and it is exactly that :) with a class leading back up from the Blitz team that is second to none.

I will order one in July/August. So far everything I have read and seen, this is a very impressive heli.

The Flyinfish link worked for me

Blitz Website; under FAQ's, flight training...

www.flyinfish.co.uk

can’t seem to fins a manual either. The UK Dealer does have it listed under the knowledge base but it’s unusable.

Try contact Blitz direct to see if they could help.

It's because he has a link to a banner page. When you mouse over the Blitz banner the cursor changes so you can click it but it just takes you to another banner page & not the Blitz website

Just been to have a look at Daves Avro setup & thought this line rather amusing.
FUEL 30% Low Smoke Cool Power
I guess it's because of all the hovering they do hardly be able to do it with Magnum 30 especialy on those windless days.

The heli looks very good but price alone would put me off of an Avro.

Sorry to post my interest in here, just like to know if anyone can advise about F3C fuselage that fits well with Avro 90.
Just bought it from England days ago.
Thanks.

You are out of luck with a fuselage then :(

There isn't one that will fit straight on without any major surgery :(
