Why change what clearly works, it was very quite even with a cheapy exhaust and no vibes , I'm guessing that's got to do with it being belt driven. It was nice to see you fly it Paul, even had it in an inverted hover , very impressed considering you've not flown it much this year, thanks for letting me show you my kasama doing smoooth D !! Tis a shame they have not updated or developed it. when I first read the review as an engineer it was heli-porn!
would still love one though despite never seen one in the flest!

Yeah, there have been many rumours flying around but Neal says nothing new is in the pipeline. There have
been a few converted to electric and I have seen several flybarless ones using either a modded stock head
or something else.
I am keen to fly mine again as soon as the engine issues can be resolved, it's a great heli for smooth
and precise FAI stuff and is just generally really fun to fly, it's easy to get spoiled. I have not flown
a Rave ENV or JR Vibe but I'm guessing those would be fairly similar in flight. As dentman mentioned, it's
very quiet, you hear very little gear noise. Mine has a Funtech pipe and I think it's the quietest and
best sounding nitro heli I own.
