    'Very classy !

It just occurs to me that the belt drive setup looks very similar to the Robbe Futura / Millenium.

Very nice and clean set up you got on that James.

Yes not seen under the hood before, very nive setup on the Avros. it should fly extremely straight.

why have you gone for the CL1, just to get the setup spot on or was there a problem with it before you fitted it?
          All the best

            Hi Tony,

Yes does fly really straight (even more so when its in better hands than myself!). No problems before just fancied another gadget. To be honest I did not notice a lot of difference when I put this on as there was hardly any interactions on the swash anyway. It has increased the resolution though which is cheaper than buying a JR 12X. :)

              Hi James,

That looks like a beautifully engineered machine.. I like that belt driven main gear, i think the only heli i've seen than on was a 3DNT :)

Just noticed a CL on your heli.. Any reason for using one on your Avro?

My general understanding was that CL are used for the FBL setup or to correct phasing errors (I'm sure there is more uses for it), what particular use do you have for it?

              Cheers,

                  Makes sense.

I would of been surprised at any bad interactions as the setup for the swash movment looks almost ideal from the photos, must get you to take off the canopy next time your up the field for a proper look, looking at all these mechanics, real garage porn LOL.

took a look at bens Avant at the weekend they have similar layout on first glance.
