Will it take 620mm blades? -
Yes, you can run 620s on the X50 and the X50E.

They would make a killing if they could produce a shorter boom and etc to convert to a 550 I reckon....I'd have one as I'd like to run a 6SCheers

Stuart, you may want to look out for Thunder Tiger's next release due in the next few weeks: a new Raptor E550 with carbon frames, improved battery access, lighter etc. and it runs on 6s lipos. Should fit the bill nicely!
