raptor 30 tail pitch control arm/fork replacement

hi guys, you have been legends in identifying the part i needed and it arrived today and it is defiantly what i need so big thumbs on on that one

now the next problem, how do i go about removing the shaft etc to replace the actual fork thats broken with the new one.

i can fly them etc but tbh this is my 3rd and ive never damaged anything etc, so to find this im kind of out of my debth (dont worry i have ordered a old kit to build to get my brain in gear as i have taken up helis alot more now)
