mini titan v1 inconsistent blade tracking and head slop

as above, my blades wont stay tracked and the head just feels bit sloppy. whats the best thing to upgrade to metal, am on a tight budget with it, so dont want to replace the whole head with metal, ta

I suffered for ages with major blade miss-tracking on my Mini Titan V,1 despite replacing all the parts in the plastic head many times and eventually replacing it completely with T/T CNC one but even this had lots of slop and was very sensitive to which blades you fitted. After spending loads of money on head parts and following many months of very frustrating experiments and lost flying opportunties, in a last desperate bid before giving up on it and putting it up for sale on E Bay, I fitted the CNC mini titan head from Sportsmoto at £55.00. It is very well engineered with zero slop and is really tough and even better news is that all the parts are available to repait it if you do break anything and it is actually cheaper than buying all the seperate parts to make up the T/T CNC one !! - but if your pockets are deep enough - Kasama do an absolutely gorgeous one butthe last time I looked it was about £165!!

During my 'troubled' period I did find that the white and black carbon fiber 3D blades from Fast Lads at about £10.00 a pair made a big difference to miss-tracking issues but fitting the Sportsmoto head really transformed the beast and now it is one of my favourite heli's to fly and its nice to know that every time I take it to the field it will fly and without any problems related to the head or blade tracking.

Hi Barry, sounds like a night mare! I don't have those funds for this Heli at the moment, what would be the single most important metal head upgrade to make on the Titan ?

I can probably get you a Kasama head for about £90, want me to look into it?
