CCW rotation

So I got my e325 rebuilt and strapped on some training legs to continue test flying and find that just about lift off I her a violent ccw spin. I'm testing on a hardwood floor so friction is not the issue. I have a dx6i and was wondering I'd something was not set right, any ideas

Check your gyro and tail servo are operating in the correct direction.

Belt twisted the correct way?

... also check tail blades on right way around I guess

Got it, the tiny switch on the gyro was reversed, thought I already checked that.
