    Out this morning flying my Mini-T coming out of a lovely big loop suddenly losed all power & smacked down on her skids, you may as well call it a complete right off.

    B/grips

    guess what! Canopy has no damage.
    So if theirs any salvage Lads that have cheep bits pm please.
    Today's outlook is fine for flying.

    Sorry to hear about that. I do sympathise, as I recently did a similar job on my 500. My gyro survived, but the canopy was a write-off.

        ON the bright side a MT kit is not much more than a set of 710 blades or less in some cases. My own MT is like Triggers brush.

          i just sold my first heli on a gl450 which the wife purchased for my birthday and see was most upset as she gave it to me.
          after trying to tell her it had had two new heads ,two new tails new frames about 20 sets of blades new electrics etc see came round

            I've just checked it look like I may have enough spares to rebuild apart from gyro & tail servo.
            Plugged her back in to find out why I had suddenly lost power it appears to be a fault with the motor poss burnt out but no smell other then motor is very slow to build up speed but I can turn moror freely by hand.
            Today's outlook is fine for flying.

              I sympathise entirely with you Jim, just flown my MT se through a bloody tree !,,,thought I'd got away with just a few teeth stripped on the main gear, and a bit of skid busted off the nose of the skids,,,was quite chuffed really, considering she was about 20 foot up when she reversed into the offending birch, (I've nailed the branch she chopped off onto the wall at the side of her shelf as a trophy )

              ,,upon closer investigation though, turns out I've snapped off both flybar frame screws in the head block
