  • Align Blades

    Hey everybody! Everything cool?
I need help, i've crashed again and the SWE main blades i had were in pretty bad shape so before i try to fix them with some epoxy, i've bought the Align Pro blades. I just want to ask if those holes closer to blade grips have any bad effect on flight?

i believe you can buy weights to fit in there.

i have flown a few sets of those blades with no adverse effects.

i quite like the align pro carbon blades as they can take light crashes quite well.

Yeah? Nice, my old SWE blades were great too in those light crashes, but this last one the heli went to a iron fence...and now they're a little worse but i think i might be able to repair them.

Wheights in that spot? Never seen anything like that and now you made me ask, what's the purpose in that place? Stability?

i think its stability or 3d, i never bothered and didnt really notice a difference.

i like the pro carbons as they dont shatter like the fiber or woodies

I've never had carbon blades, just woodies and fiber. Love those fiber, hope to say the same thing about these carbon.

            the fiber ones are brittle.
the carbon ones are carbon re-enforced and NOT carbon fiber.
carbon fiber are not worth it imo.

the carbon ones serve me well on the blade 400

Humm, ok, i didn't know that. So these align i've bought are carbon re-enforced and it seems that the fiber ones i've broken are re-enforced with carbon too. Ok...that will be good. Thanks
