    Can't see it mentioned in the manual, but do I need the washer between the engine and fan on my YS91?

    Look at the mating surface of the hub to engine and you will see it is slightly raised where it will press against the front bearing of the engine. That bit replaces the thrust washer.

      Thanks, that's what I thought. Didn't want to tighten it all up with red loctite then realise I'd done it wrong!
