  • Lucky boy!!

Mid piro flip, on my 4th fight today my G4 suddenly went on a knife edge. Started shouting that I hadn't got it (don't know why as only one other person there and he was a long way off), then I got it back for a second, before it did I again. Hit hold and auto'd in and just before she touched down she did a rapid 360. Checked all servos, all looked good then notice my tail fin was at 45 degrees. Boom had slipped in the frames and must have span round. My guess was the heat relaxing the plastic as all the bolts were tight and I was very hard to get it to rotate back.

Had a fab couple of days of flying so called it quits feeling a bit lucky. Anyone else had this happen?
