E820 / E720 Part Compatibility

Hi all,

I seem to be in the minority of those trying to keep their E720 going forever. I have the opportunity to buy some E820 parts and G4 airframes. Just wondering how different the E820 is? How many of the parts can I use as spares for my E720?
