Their supposed to be, ive put one on mine, excellend quality, the mixing allows you to easily get +-15degrees if you wanted it and not that much more expensive.
unfortunately im not a good enough pilot to get the full use out of it and push it to its limit, but my rappy flies well and im happy with it.All the best
Tony.

sesame, I need to try a kasama out I think, so I'll post you my TT plastic for you to use until you are able to make use of the kasama.
Kasame without blade grips is about 80 quid or at least well under 100 delivered from z-rc.com.
Juist the metal head block from TT, H&T etc is £40.
So I wouldn't pay for a new raptor metal head. I currently have an H&T metal head block and hard dampers and it goes well and seems accurate enough to me. fitting the kasama head won't make my raptor50 as lightweight as a 600n or knight so it won't imporove the power to weight though it might make it more accurate.
My rappy seems to be very accurate because all my other flying has been on a little 450!www.heli-extreme.co.uk a good club in south Sheffield

That is like asking if a Ferrari id faster than a Ford?Originally posted by Arwel View PostAre thease any better than the TT metal heads?
That is what I like about Raptors they are the Ford Escort of cars, the GSXRs of bikes (probably been around as long as the GSXRs too), Raptors are pimp my helis helis. There is upgrades and bling from loads of manufactures out there, the limits are endless............Originally posted by Arwel View Postlol. Ive been toying with flogging my raptor, but it seams to have one advantage over these trex 600's and that is went to my field last week and cos of the wind, the guys there had grounded their 600's because they were to much of a handful in the wind, where my rappy was just sitting there nicely. All the best

Wind is just a matter of attitude.
I went to a fly in and it was too windy for most folks to fly (well you had to spread your feet to stand up actually).
It was great fun flying my 450!
The problem I found with wind is that if you screw up a monoevre and end up just trying to miss the ground and recover, over those few seconds of "out of control-ness" the heli blows a damned long way away and makes it less likely that you will recover.
Best not fly it with the wind blowing it toward you

I fly in wind,. have little choice as our field is by the thames estuary theres nearly always a wind blowing.
although I have to say in a strong wind im less likely to fly a 450, I can crash mine quite happily when its nice and calm. All the best
