  • raptor 30 v2 problems

hello, i just got a raptor 30 v2 a couple of weeks ago and i have a slight problem with the pitch guage which is when it is on the 0 degrees line the blades dont seem to be straight and are at a angle just wanted to know what im doing wrong, all the linkages are correct length, just wondered if someone could tell me if this is normal or not.thanks

just adjust the linkages to get it to 0 degrees, then make sure you get the required +ve and -ve pitch

      Spot on.
Make sure you ATV's are set to 100% both ways, ajust the links to get 0 degrees pitch in the center wih the stick in the center...

Maybe check it against the *in built* pitch gauge on the frame at the end of the pitch tray in line with the main shaft

Best of luck, shouldnt take more than a couple of minutes to sort it out

Then just ajust your ATV's to get the desired pitch ranges

      Best regards

      -Jvr

Th in buit pitch guage is not aimed at equal positive and negative pitch (but more positive and less negative). The heli might be set up with zero degrees in mid throw, so compared to the inbuilt pitch guage you will have some negative pitch when it says zero.

Raptortechnique is the place- you'll find it all explained there.
