  • what scale fuses are avaliable?

hi all as above really just wondering what's available that would be an easyish fit for a tt raptor 30 v2 besides the obvious tt ones that are nice but v expensive, basically i prefer to fly my helis on a smoother scale like flight so weight etc doesn't bother me to much.
this would be my attempt @ scale so i would like an easy time lol
    cheers

The Funkey fuselages are pretty good. The 50 size ones are designed for Raptor 50 mechanics, but I'm not so sure about the 30 size ones. If anything there would be some minor adjustments such as mounting holes to get a raptor 30 to fit. Give LHC a call.

the only thing you need to do with the rappy 50 fuses for the 30 to fit
is to put the 50 boom, belt and rudder rod onto the 30
check with lhc to see if you need the 50 or the titan boom

don't try to fit the reppy 30 into the funky 30 shells, it will be to much hassle and you will struggle for room and the pitch craddle will foul the 30 shells

the funky ranger is a better shell than the r22 and a lot less work

if you go on the lhc scale fly-in 11/12 sept you may get a discount on the shell
its an open fly-in sat and the scale boy's will be there on sun

wow thanks for all the info
so its just a matter of changing the boom/belt and rod,so i wont have to change gearing or anything else,i guess not if im not changing engines (irvine 39)
look forward to doing this in the not to distant
a little winter project on the cards lol
          thanks j

with the 30 sized motor keep the 30 gearing and the 30 size blades

you can get pre-painted ones also
they do cost more but the finish is very good
