I was working in the High Wycombe area yesterday and had some time to kill, so decided to give Skyline a look-in. I've used them via the web a few times now, and have been delighted with their 'flyers' approach to customer care.

Anyway, I had a bit of a nose around a Synergy that was in the shop - nice looking bit of kit!

I remember saying a while ago ina forum thread that one of Stuart's pics of a Synergy from the front looked like it had been squashed from side to side, but the circular profile of the exhaust made the picture out to be true. Having seen it for real, it really is that narrow.

A friend of mine is assembling a Stratos at the moment, and he commented that the frames were so close together that the servos poked out through the other side when installed. It seems that the Synergy is much the same.

And of course Bob at Skyline rekons it's the mutt's nuts, but then I suppose he would do, given his involvement with supplying the Synergy.

Nice looking heli. I want one.......

But can't afford (or justify) it!
