N5 Canopy mount recommendations

hi all

after losing a thumb screw today for the n5 canopy, fancy trying maybe a quick release mount.

Does anyone have any recommendations for the N5?

Hi Daz,

RCBooya do some quick release mounts for the N5 but they are only for the rear mounts.

I use the original thumb screws but what I do is with the lower/front mount which is the one that generally loses the thumb screws is get an M3 tap and extend the threaded section slightly, what this does is allow the thumb screw to be tightened down fully. If you screw in the thumb screw without the canopy on you will see that it doesn't seat fully against the lower mount.

I have never lost a thumb screw since doing this mod.
