Which new throttle servo

In the chase for this annoying vibe/buzz, we've found that my throttle servo is a little "fuzzy" in that you can move it a millimetre each way when energized and it feels like it has a lot of feedback and over compensates when you try to turn it and almost hunts for its original position. Its an Align 510.

Any better servos out there for similar money?

hmm, interesting i use a 510 on the throttle and noticed this evening that the servo was moving when the heli was stationary and not spooling up

yeah, it may not be causing anything and I may be chasing my arse, but it moves significantly more than I would like, a mm's movement at the ball link is a fair amount of throttle travel in the carb.

I've got a slightly used JR 8231 serv olisted in the for sale section. I used this as a throttle servo, I think they're about £75 in midland helicopters, £30

Ahh forgot the N5's use a smaller servo on the throttle

Hey Guys,

I use a Spektrum H5000 servo in my N5 and I've found it to be an excellent little servo. Unfortunately the JR 8231 will not fit in the N5 asit uses a mini servo for throttle.

I got Spektrum H6040's all round on my cyclics, not thought to look at the Spektrum mini's
