Programmable head

When I bought the N5, it was advertised as having a programmable head, so not knowing where to stick my links I put the Flybar link in the centre and the pitch links on the outers.

Can anyone explain to me what positions I should have them in for different standards of flying. I'm just progressing into flips/rolls/loops etc etc.

With the fly-bar head you have the following options:

With the upper mixing arms for the rod coming from the swash-plate to to the left side of the mixing arm the holes closer to the center make the head more agile and the further out of the two holes will make the head more stable.

With the Right side of the mixing arm for the rod coming from the fly-bar carrier, using the hole closer to the center will make the head less agile and more stable and using the outer hole will make the head more agile and less stable.

Moving down to the fly-bar carrier, the inner hole closest to the hub will make the head more agile and less stable and the outermost hole will make the head more stable and less agile with the center hole being a combination of two giving an agile yet stable feel.

I have mine setup using both the inner holes on the mixing arm but it is just down to personal preference.
