    I know what you mean, I changed to Hyperion HV servos on my X50 and I thought I'd broken something as I turned on and there was no noise

    I have found with the 610s that you can usually get the cyclics to be quiet with a little nudge on the sticks and I used to put the gyro in rate mode to help keep the tail quiet.

    If they really won't stop making a noise it may be that a linkage somewhere is a little tight, but I know you already know this sort of stuff though.

      Had a look at mine, I'm running 620's which i presume are the same casing. Also using the metal align servo wheels, it's damn close but the ball definately does not catch on the case. Not much clearance, I'd say about the width of a piece of paper but it's enough.
