    Shims, shims and more shims

    due to the seeming impossibility of obtaining the N5 engine mount shims, I thought I would have ago at making my own, so I have ordered a small sheet of 0.5mm brass sheet (£3 of t'bay).

    I have one shim to use as a template, so we'll see how we get on, and will post back

    Should be fine, have you phoned Climb-out?

      Washers would do the trick just as good as the shims.

      Your LHS is more than likely to have some suitable washers from another heli make maybe like Align/Thunder Tiger.
