motor mount spacer required for OS55?

Hi fellow N5 owners,

is the motor mount spacers (SYN-606-305) required for an OS55 engine, I only ask as I seemed to have lost one and can't get a replacement for love or money.

For the mo, I'm running without them, but I'm of the belief that Matt Botos designed them for a reason.

I do not run any on my N5 with OS55 in it and also others are the same

I run mine with the spacers, makes the gear mesh and alignment much better but if your running without them and all is fine then it should be okay.
