What set up for your N5

It is in transit on it's way here as we speak The volcanic ash thing (which is still ongoing!) has caused hell for airfreight, and all non-perishable goods were pushed back and delayed. As a direct result, everything is taking just a little bit longer than it should have. Rest assured, it is all in hand and it really won't be very long at all!

I sat down the other night and braided all my servo's and cabling in readiness, and even cleared my desk so it's ready

Hi Guys

I can confirm that kits are on route to the UK as we speak, we are expecting them any day now. Once they have arrived we will be shipping them to dealers straight away, as Jamiem has said there has been a back log of air freight beacuse of the volcanic issues but they will be with dealers next week ...

What throttle servos do you recomend as theyre not full size servo's by the looks of things?
Also, will paddles be coming with the kit?

No they not full size throttle servos.

I've gone for a 9257 on mine and as for the paddles I have got some Algin ones as from whaI read somewhere the N5 responds best with these.

Although I have some Radix in case

9650 throttle. Not sure if the kit comes with paddles, but I have a set of White align and also some stubz to try

I've gone for el cheapo Align *ahem* savox ds 520. See how it goes. I understood that it came with plastic paddles, but I also have align, torsion, and kbdd paddles to try.

Ds520 on the thottle, got some stubz n stickbangers, bls451s, spartan/ bls281(the gold one lol) ys56/ outrage 56 pipe, revlock 10, ar7100 and a switch glow lol shld b mean

Sounds awesome lol.
I'll be using 610's on cyclic, Spartan/9254 on tail, redline TT53/hatori pipe. Might pick up some edge tail blades. Can only find 92mm in stock so might get those. Probably Align White paddles as I have some spare from the 600 that i'm passing on. YS 56 will be put in eventually...... but this has to be the tightest budget build ever for me!

Seems some confussion on whats what, i just asked Roger about the paddles and he assured me it does come with them. So i'd say give them a go and then if you dont like them give something else a try.

I've just had a re-read through the manual and noticed there is a code for the paddles and tail blades (although only plastic tail blades).
I think i'll try stock set up first, then swap over if nessasary.
