  • N5 is coming....

    Guys,

On the American forums the talk is the Synergy N5 is coming March/April 2009.

Should be interesting to see the layout and design from Synergy and the price as well... I don't think it will be 600n prices but I don't think it will be Vibe 50 price either maybe the Knight 3D price area ?

    Anyone here heard anything ?

    More details here:

So you think the N5 will be one of the cheapest helis out there then? The 3D is just £280 from EVORC

The TREX 600 PRO is £320ish and the Vibe is £389

It does look promising though as lots of people have wondered if Synergy would come out with a 50.

No I think it'll will sit somewhere between the Knight 50 3D and Vibe 50...
( gives it plenty of scope for me to be well wrong )

Lets just hope it doesn't have issues like the N9 did when that appeared!

LOL.......... and there was me thinking you had some inside info

I think it's fair to say most new helis have issues. Some manufacturers make you pay to resolve them and others provide you with the fixes FOC.

I would have thought that Synergy have been making helis for long enough to have minimised problems now anyway.

Lets just remember that the 600N Pro has carbon frames and a TT tail drive for the extra 40 quid.

Oh and a lovely fibreglass canopy. How much is a Knight 3d with all carbon and FG canopy?

The 600N belt(Knight 3d spec ie G10 frames and belt, plastic tail gearbox etc) is 200 quid.

always loved the look of the N9 long as they dont lose that in the translation I should think it will be one heck of a heli.

i expect it will be one nice looking a/c like it's big brother, but like all manufacturers, there are improvements to be made, and then hopefully we might even see a v2 N9

I've been waiting ages for this one to come out - I hope they keep to most of the N9 style and frame setup.
                            Cheers

Think it is going to be similar stuart from what they said, just hope they have made the engine mounting better and the torque tube simpiler and won't have a crown gear made of cheese, if so, i expect is top of the list for my heli purchase of 09
