I finally finished building my second Synergy E7 so i wanted to share some info and photos!
I think this one will be my favourite of the two

Motor: Scorpion 4525-520 Ultimate
BEC: R2 Prototyping HV2BEC mini @ 8.4V
Gyro: Vbar Silverline / Futaba 7008SB
Cyclic servos: Align BL700H HV
Tail servo: Align BL750H HV
Blades: Edge SE 693/105
Setup:
12T Pinion / 2200 rpm Vbar governor
Prototype low head (new headblock due for release soon!)
Head shims = 1.5 mm per side
Flight pack = 2x Scorpion 6S 4500mah 65C (weight ~ 1530g)
RTF weight (no lipos) = 3680g

The third main shaft bearing block holes are slightly elongated to allow for perfect alignment:

One of my favourite features of the E7 is the servo arm. Carbon plates provide rigidity in
flight and the plastic wheel acts as as a sacrificial part in a crash:

The maiden yesterday went very well. I love flying this heli.
I have to say i'm also really impressed with the new Align 700 HV servos.
After back to back comparison flights i think they are as good, if not better than my 8717HV's.
Looking forward to more flying this weekend!
