E7 motor size? Align 750mx?

hi peeps
I looking into getting a 700 size!
been looking at the rush 750 and align 700 dfc but the E7 just looks the nuts!
So what sort of motor does this heli want? ive got a quantum 530kv but im sure thats to small, so would the 750mx be to big?

Whats the Quantum model number, going by the KV I would assume its a 700 size motor??

Whats the manual say, I'm sure you can use 450kv upwards, depends on gearing and what headspeed you won't

With the standard pinions 14T/15T and the optional pinions 12T/13T you have a wide range of motor choices available.

Ive never run a quantum motor but I couldn't see any reason why it wouldn't work, I would probably select a 12T pinion for that particular motor kv.

the 750mx is well cheap so i could get that and keep the quantum in my fusion

If you buy the E7 Stuart's selling lee it comes with all those pinions.

Pyro 700-52 = Best all round motor! simples

But on stock gear I think the Pyro 700-45 is more suited and that is an excellent combo with the E7
