  • where to get E7SE spare swashplate

Does anybody know where I can find a spare swashplate for a Synergy E7SE. Mine has become sloppy after 6 months and no crashes and, to be honest, fairly reserved flying style with it.

I've tried playing with the little grub screw and the bolt at the front but no joy. It has vertical play between the silver collar attached to the blade arms and the metal plate attached to the servos arms.

    Cheers

      Hi JamieD,

This is very peculiar but if you contact Matt Botos at (matt@mattbotos.com) I'm sure he will be able to get this rectified for you. it should be a relatively easy solution.

If I can be of any help just give me a shout, I would be willing to loan you a swash plate off one of my machines to get you back up and running if needed.

Jst let me know if I can be of any help and I will get it over to you as oon as possible.

      Hope this helps,
      cheers,
      Ross

Take the swash plate off, turn it upside down and have a look on the inside, you will see that the inner race of the bearing has a lipped over collar running through it, try and wiggle the two halves of the swashplate, is that where the play is?
If it is you can tighten it up by pressing the lip over using a couple of sockets and a vice.
I had this happen to all three of my synergy swashplate, but I do tend to crash alot,......
Top advice from Ross though. He's a great guy.
