Manual confusion - Tail blades and headspeed

If your head speed is 1950-2150 recommend 106. Under 1950 use 116. I run the 4.9.1 tail standard kit ratio with the E7SE using Rail Blades 696/106 at 1950/2050. Tail is perfect and heli is a beast!!
