  • Jingle Jangle Synergy E7

    Guys,

My new-to-me Synergy E7 is now flying nicely but there's a distinct Jingle Jangle going from it when I load it up and I'm pretty certain that it's the tail belt slapping in the boom like my old Raptor used to do occasionally. I've tightened up the belt tension as much as I dare and the noise has reduced but is still there occasionally. I'm too tight to fork out the £150 for TT conversion, so thought I'd ask if anyone has any solutions to the problem?

Stretch that sucker till you can play a tune on it, my fury 55 used to belt slap until I streched it really tight. Is it a plastic or neoprene belt?
Eg: clear and stiff ofvblack a floppy

It's a black belt. I'll stretch it even more then!

I seem to recall mine doing that when I had it but Im also sure there was an issue with over tightening it too and them snapping but this was a while ago now. It use to be the same when the head was being loaded.

Tighten it little by little until its gone.

They will snap if over tightened. Replace with a Mikado belt. PM me I've got one you can have for a tenner!
