hey guys ,,just wondering how you all get on with cog on the n5c as im finding mine a little nose heavy,,it took 25 grams strapped to the tail fin or 100 grams strapped to the rear of the main frame to get it right,,im only running a smalish battery too, optipower 2150 2cell and didnt really want to run anything smaller ,,any sugestions as the best way to get round this

The N5 was terrible getting CofG never had an issue with the C.if you can't remove any components it's either a smaller battery or weight on tail as you have done. Is this with half a tank of fuel holding Heli by head and putting on knife edge? I ran 1200mah on mine but that depends on your setup, if HV fine as it draws fewer amps if not check mah draw per flight before deciding.

yes i did cog with half tank and on a knife edge,, the only components i have are reg and auto glow so cant lose them lol,, no im not using hv set up so could go a smaller battery but didnt really want to,,whats strange is that some guys seem to be running a 2s lipo twice the size of mine and have no probs with cogComment

I don't do it on knife edge, I pick it up by the blades or grips and check balance. Flat piros no problem.Goblin black nitro, Trex 700N, Vbar control 👍🏻Comment

Nick, 2s 3600 opti and the cog it's spot on by holding the heli on knife edge!
Very strange yours will be any different

yeh i know m8,,the only thing missing on mine is the swash driver as i took it off to do the head mod but theres not enough weight in that to make any differenceComment

Switch glow, multigov, futaba rx, fbl controller and the lipo mounted on the underside.
