  • my E7 crash pics

Pic of my E7 going (thx Zxgax) in at Air comp at the weekend, not to bad on the damage front £88 ex blades and canopy.

Notice how the skids are facing the canopy and the boom is going off in the other direction.

No the belt didn't snap as it has the torque tube, just a dumb thumb from me.

Such a shame as you have awesome control of your flying ,you are a truly great pilot and super smooth and controlled :-)
I could watch you all day ( flying of course as the other way is just wrong lol)
I love pilots who are controlling the heli not just storing the sticks , that's why you did so well, congratulations

cheers guys, Nick there's still next year to get that tree, although i did come close a few times to the other trees, was a great weekend and the crash didn't bother me as i think its all part of the hobby, it adds to the excitement, but **** me was i nervous, funny how nerves effects different people, Sunday was the worse though once i found out i was flying last in the advanced.

Sorry to see that! The E7 looks like a really nice heli. The beauty of these things is that they can simply be rebuilt and you start all over again!

Nice pic Ross, I think the pics where they are taken at time of impact are spectacular ... TBH your flying was very good and to be put up a class by the judges actually shows that they think your flying is worthy enough to go upto the next class . It is better to come last in a higher class than to win in a lower class as it then becomes a hallow victory . Good luck in the future and hope to se you in the Champs.
