  • KDE Direct main rotor housing for N5,N5C,E6,E7

Looks like KDE Direct are starting a Synergy E6 and E7 line.
This looks interesting and can't wait to try it. Heres lots of info!

This is hot, breaking news from the KDE Direct team. Owners of Synergy helis can now enjoy the high quality, made in the USA products many Align owners and the RC heli industry have come to witness from the KDE Direct team. Thank you KDE Direct for continuing to produce great products.

    KDE DIRECT SYNERGY E6/E7/N5/N5c SERIES

Historically, KDE Direct has been focused on high-quality upgrades for the ALIGN TREX series of helicopters. As the market has continued to expand, other brands have caught our interest for opportunities in innovative designs to further improve flight performance. The new KDE Direct Synergy E6/E7/N5/N5c Series Flybarless Main Rotor Housing has been released, bringing the popular design features of the KDE Direct Flybarless Series to the full-fleet of Synergy helicopters available, including the high-performance E6/E7 series. With direct-mounted washout arms, the proven clamping design, and a lowered main-rotor plane geometry (approximately 16mm lower than stock installation), the new upgrade provides faster/crisper rolls and increased 3D flight response for this excellent helicopter.

    FLYBARLESS MAIN ROTOR HOUSING
    FOR SYNERGY E6/E7/N5/N5c SERIES HELICOPTERS

    Item Number: SE6/7-MRHFB
    Installation Diagram: CLICK HERE

    Price: $74.95
    Material: Aluminum 6061-T6
Models: all Synergy E6/E7, N5, and N5c series (replaces stock Synergy parts #620-111 and #620-211)

Note: the Flybarless Main Rotor Housing upgrade encompasses the latest technologies for optimum setup of the flybarless mechanics. The new design incorporates a series of performance enhancements including: (1) direct-mounted washout arms to guarantee true-parallel alignment of the linkage rods and an interaction-free setup to the main shaft. No more hassles with the main shaft clamp and difficult linkage alignment, simply bolt on the washout arms and go fly with and optimal setup every flight. (2) M3 clamp mechanism is built into the upgrade design, providing a solid hold to the main shaft that is truly noticeable in flight with a significant reduction in shaking, bobbing, and other effects evident under hard 3D flights.

Design Notice: to achieve the best possible setup and perfect alignment of the flight mechanics, it is recommended to use the following SYNERGY flybarless components with the new design:

    SYNERGY E6/E7/N5/N5c Series
    Main Shaft:
    310-140, Synergy E6/E7 Main Shaft
Flybarless Grips: 520-514/520-513, Synergy FBL Main Blade Grip Set
Washout Arms: 620-214, Synergy FBL Washout Control Arm
Linkages: 107-078, Synergy FBL 78mm Rods (Modification Required)

To further push the limits of performance, the KDE Direct design shifts the main rotor plane approximately 16mm lower than the stock rotor head installation location; providing faster/crisper rolls and increased 3D flight response. In this regard, simple modification to the stock linkages is required for proper installation. Please review the Installation Diagram for proper installation procedure.
