First test flight with my new e7 big big on my face she flys like a dream a grate next step heli for n e 1 lookin for a 50/90 class u won't go far wrong with this one so do it do it now you will love it .

boom will need to be pined both ends but this is the only thing i have found so far other than that all good a grate heli

what batts have you used?

there seems to be varying opinions on what packs to use in the E7. i don't want to buy packs that mean it doesn't balance as seems to be a problem and i would like as high MAH as possible without kicking butt out of it weight wise.

unfortunately i don't have any packs this size to even try to see how i like it before buying more.

i only have align 6s 5200 at the min there a bit heavy but ok i will be having some thunder power 5000 spot on size and wait for the balance and a good pack to boot

what have you do with your wiring of the packs since i assume you are not running a single long pack?

Cracking Heli, really liking mine.

As for packs, balances perfect with 5000's sticking out the front on mine but that's running a kt esc with no extra flight pack or BEC to help with up front weight. I do run 4000's also but with that it's tail heavy and if left alone in a hover it will drift back ever so slightly but I don't notice it during flying.

I think if your running all that extra gumpf There won't be no problems as there loads of room for the packs to move back if using big ones like the 5000's or pushing the 4000's out the front if needed.

did you mod your packs perm or did you make up some sort of harness to swap between packs?

no just ec 5 gold bulets and split the blue case in half and just used the round plugs not the half round side
