Simple - throttle hold! A tail spins because of reaction torque against the motor. Cut the power, you cut the torque and the tail won't spin.

the whole video showed you were quite heavy on the tail, sudden stops and reversals , not saying it should happen , because it shouldn't ! Just looking for a reason .
