electric conversion

hi there i am wanting to convert one off my xtreme 50 to electric, i know you can get a conversion ket from rjx, but was wondering what motor and esc to use(size ratings etc) could i run on 6s or is it best to go to 8s, i am no 3d pilot but would like more power than my nitro version
