Pinion options for Rave ENV electric?

So far I have yet to see a slant gear pinion for the Rave larger than 13 tooth but I need 14 or maybe 15.

Do these various helical gears by other brands use the same slant angle? I'm wondering if another brand pinion will work on the Rave.

Alternatively I could go back to the straight cut main gear and then I suppose there are more choices in 6mm mod1 pinions.

I didn't realise when I got a 450kv motor how much I would need to go up in pinion size.

Yes you can I have a larger pinion in a different brand an it's the slant helical , I'll check it out later.

Cool! that's encouraging. The thing is, I'm not trying for a crazy headspeed, just 1900 ish in idle-2, but with a 130 tooth main gear and 450KV motor the Castle Ice is telling me it can't give me 1900 unless I bump up to 15 tooth (14 is close but not quite there).
