new Rave ballistic

unvailed at IRCHA curtis has unvailed a new ballistic , actually two, a 630 and an 800 .
maybe a 630 nitro one day ???? who knows

very little is known yet but its excisting env / ballistic parts great if you already have a Rave ( lucky Me!)

If you just link them from another forum you have to be a member of that forum to see them. I found this out when doing the same thing before.

It's interesting and always good to see things progressing and new stuff as it keeps the brand current and makes people feel better about it even if they don't choose to modify their ENV etc.

I kinda wish Blitz would be offering new stuff and staying active but I realise that all costs money.

Tellya what I'd like right now is a spacer kit to widen the ENV frames! Just 4 or 5mm would make changing LiPos so much easier, why did they make it even narrower than the Trex 700??

I like the idea of trying the 800 size blades and everything but not if it means having to go 14s. Call me crazy but what I'd like to see is an 800 size purpose-built gasser :-)

The ballistic 800 is going to look huge in the air, the ENV is already one of the biggest looking heli's in the air, of the 700 class, so an 800 size version will be massive

My Ballistic next to my Xxtreme looks like a toy, now that is big. A Ballistic 800 or just a stretch kit for it would be great as the mechanics are more than strong enough. I think the sweet spot would be 753's. I'd spec'd up some custom carbon tail booms and arrow shaft to go 753 but will hold off see when it's due.

These 2 new helis are on my try list :-) only snag is his stuff is usually pricey by the time it hits our shores.
