Rave Ballistic Head Damper

Hi all new rave owner here wanted to change my head dampers cant seem to find any stock anywhere anyone know where I can find em in stock......Ive also heard they wear out really fast is it true????

Or is there a ''plug'n'play aftermarket damper which is known to work i.e kbdd? (I like super hard dampers (-: )

I heard the same thing about the dampners wearing quickly with 3d flight and was told to wrap insulation tape around the splindle to to effectively act like a sleeve. i did this and my dampners are still as good as the day i put them in.
