I'd be very interested indeed on what equipment Mark has installed in his Rave ENV. Ie: Which motor & ESC + pinion size, servos, gyro, blades and paddles.

It would also be interesting to know about any dual rate & expo settings.

.... whatever people say, there is always something 'charismatic' about the F3C flights, aint it? Such grace...

I have not come across this style of flying before, that is really very nice to watch. Now I know that sort of flying that I would like to aspire too, dont get me wrong I have absolute respect for the full on 3d stick banging stuff but it just does not attract me as a flyer very much.

Where is the best place to find out about F3C?

                    Ewan,

If you get the chance, come along to the National Championships over the week-end. Mark, as well as all the other top flyers will be flying there (Steve Roberts, Dave Fisher, etc).

You'll get chance to chat to them and find them very approachable!
                    Pete

No matter how much you push the envelope, it'll still be stationery.

The schedule will be Sportsmans on Saturday, and F3c on Sunday and Monday. Usually the preliminary schedule on Sunday, and the fly-off schedule on Monday, though it is weather dependent!

Also scale and F3N running on a nearby flightline over the week-end.
